Like many websites, we commonly use information gathering tools, such as cookies and web beacons, to collect information as you navigate the Website. Cookies also may collect information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type. The information collected through cookies is stored in log files and is statistical in nature. We use this information to analyze trends, administer the Website, and gather broad demographic information about our users. Although this information does not include any PII, we may maintain it or associate it with your email address to help us improve the Website and deliver a better, more personalized experience. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting, you may not be able to access certain parts of the Website. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you direct your browser to the Website. To learn more about your ability to manage cookies and web beacons, please consult the privacy features in your browser.

If transferred in such a case, your personal information will continue to be handled in accordance with this Privacy Notice.
Additionally, we reserve the right (and you authorize us) to share or disclose your personal information when we determine, in our sole discretion, that the disclosure of such information is necessary or appropriate in the following circumstances:
- We believe, in our sole discretion, that disclosure of your personal information is necessary to comply with applicable law or a court order, subpoena, or other legal process or valid requests by public authorities;
- To investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, possible wrongdoing, violations of our Terms of Use, or situations involving threats to our property or the property or physical safety of any person or third party;
- To establish, protect, or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.

Links to Third Party Pages
We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to/from our website nor the information contained therein. Often links to other websites are provided solely as a way for the user to obtain information that may be useful to them. The third party’s privacy notice and/or that of its service provider will govern the use of this information and we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such companies. Security Measures
We take appropriate precautions to protect the information of our Website’s users. We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all web pages where personal or sensitive information is required. No data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure. Because the Company is not established in the European Union, these rights only apply in relation to the offering of goods or services to data subjects in the European Union, or in relation to our monitoring behavior in the European Union. Among these rights is the right to know the purpose of the processing; the categories of personal information concerned; who else outside of the Company might have received the data from us; what the source of the information was (if you did not provide it directly to us); and how long the information will be stored.
