During a routine checkup in February of 2024, Finous learned his PSA level was elevated. A subsequent biopsy revealed a diagnosis of prostate cancer. He is sharing his story to encourage other men to take their health seriously and to schedule and attend routine appointments. “When you go to the doctor you might hear something that can save your life. You might not want to hear it, but it’s something that you’ll be glad you did because now you know what’s going on in your body, and you can take care of it.”
