Healthy living cancer support website, The Cancer Dietitian publishes articles, videos and series that feature recipes tailor-made for those concerned about nutrition in the cancer community.

Recently Julie Lanford, the Cancer Dietitian herself, launched a series called “Eat the Rainbow!” Fruit and Veggie Challenge Winter 2024-2025.  In this series, Julie posts new nutritious recipe every week that are loaded with fruits and vegetables, as well as information as to why these foods are helping to fight cancer.

The series also comes with challenges, quizzes and a chance to win a prize!

In the first edition of this series, Julie answered the question “Are all Processed Foods Bad for You?”  To find the answer, as well as this week’s recipe focused on cabbage, click here.
