Healthy living cancer support website, The Cancer Dietitian publishes articles, videos and series that feature recipes tailor-made for those concerned about nutrition in the cancer community.

This is the final week of the Eat the Rainbow Challenge, and Patient Worthy is so grateful to the Cancer Dietician for allowing us to promote this incredible opportunity and wisdom to our audience.
The last week of the challenge focuses on practical steps to keeping your kitchen well stocked with the right foods, and how to avoid waste and overstocking which can also lead to lack of inspiration to eat well.
One last tip: Take stock of your fridge and pantry before you grocery shop – this helps avoid purchasing duplicates of an item that you may already have. You can also take pictures of your fridge and pantry before you leave, that way if you aren’t sure if you already have something, you can check what’s there.
